ABOUT THE FILM

WHY WE MADE THIS FILM

We wanted to make a film that focuses on the recovery aspect of eating disorders, instead of showing triggering content that we so often see in films on this subject. We strive to change the way eating disorders are portrayed in the media.

THE STORYLINE

Recovery follows four young adults who are in an eating disorder therapy group, over a video call. It focuses on the ups and downs of recovery, and the seriousness of eating disorders.
